Evaluate it

It is essential to evaluate the intervention to see if you are achieving your workforce sustainability objectives. Do you know what success looks like for your organisation?

Continuously improve it

Finally, it is hard to get things right the first time, but that is ok, your evaluation will show you what is working and what is not. Review, plan design and implement changes to your intervention, then evaluate to see if it is working better.
